The legal guarantee of conformity

Every product sold to consumers in this shop is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery (Directive (EU) 2019/771; in Romania, Government Emergency Ordinance 140/2021). We are responsible for any lack of conformity that exists at delivery and becomes apparent within these 2 years. A defect that becomes apparent within 1 year of delivery is presumed to have existed at delivery, unless we prove otherwise.

A product is not in conformity when, for example, it doesn't match its description, lacks the functions or the quality it should have, or doesn't come with the accessories and instructions it should.

What you can ask for

If a product is not in conformity, you can ask us to repair or replace it, free of charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you. If that is impossible, disproportionate, wasn't done within a reasonable time, or the defect is serious, you can ask for a price reduction or end the contract and get a refund.

The legal guarantee doesn't cover damage caused by misuse, by not following the instructions, by accidents, by normal wear, or by repairs or modifications not made by us.

How to make a claim

Contact us with your order number, a description of the problem and, if possible, photos or a video. We tell you where to send the product; we pay the cost of sending it for a repair or a replacement covered by the guarantee. The product is repaired or replaced within 15 days from the moment we receive it, unless we agree on a longer period with you.

Commercial warranty

When a product page states a longer or broader warranty from us or from the manufacturer, it comes on top of the legal guarantee and doesn't limit your rights under it. Its conditions are given on the product page or in the warranty document delivered with the product.
