We ship to Romania, to the other countries of the European Union and to most other countries. At checkout you see which shipping methods are available for your address. If your country isn't offered, please contact us.
Shipping costs
The shipping cost depends on the shipping method and the destination. It is always shown in the cart and at checkout, before you place the order.

For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes and customs fees may be charged by the destination country. They are paid by the recipient.
When your order ships
Products in stock leave our warehouse within 3 working days after the order is paid. Pre-order products and products shown as available from a later date ship when they become available; when an order has products with different availability, we tell you how it will be shipped.
When the parcel leaves, we send you an e-mail with the tracking details. You can also follow your order from your account or through the order status link in our e-mails.
Receiving the parcel
Please check the parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged, note it on the courier's delivery receipt or refuse it, and let us know as soon as possible so we can sort it out with the courier.
