Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without giving any reason (Directive 2011/83/EU; in Romania, Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014).

The withdrawal period

The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a person you name other than the carrier, receive the products. When you ordered several products that are delivered separately, it ends 14 days after you receive the last one.

How to withdraw

To withdraw, tell us of your decision with a clear statement (for example an e-mail, a letter or the contact form). You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your statement before the 14 days are over.

Returning the products

Send the products back to us, or hand them over to us, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of telling us that you withdraw. The deadline is met if you send the products back before the 14 days are over. You pay the direct cost of returning the products.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the products resulting from handling them beyond what is needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as you could in a shop.

Refunds

When you withdraw, we refund all the payments we received from you, including the standard delivery cost (not the extra cost of a more expensive delivery method you chose), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day we are informed of your decision. We use the same means of payment as you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not pay any fee for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we receive the products back or you send us proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised, and to sealed software or recordings that were unsealed after delivery.
